I have seen several movies where actor Terrence Howard plays a main role, among others: Hustle & Flow, Idlewild, Crash and The Brave One. He has come to be one of my favorite actors and I won’t deny that it is party because of those stunning eyes of his.

He’s got three movies in production right now, due to premiere this year, next year and the year 2010. I am excited to see what is to come from him, in 2007 alone he starred in six movies. Aside from acting he is also a self-taught guitarist and pianist. Impressive.

What do you think of him?

ELLE magazine was founded back in 1945 by Pierre Lazareff and his wife Hélène Gordon. Nowadays it’s known worldwide for it’s focus on women’s fashion, beauty, health and entertainment. In later years the magazine has been launching several sub-magazines such as ELLE lyx (Sweden) and ELLE Puls (Sweden) and the latest from the publishers is VERY Elle. As if Elle alone wasn’t enough, now you can have very Elle.

The new magazine’s focus will be on strong women that surprise, make a difference and facinate. The first issue’s cover is graced by Amber Valetta and inside you’ll find editorials on Charlotte Gainsbourg, Chloë Sevigny and, of course, Amber Valetta.

No, not Nicole Richie, we all know what that she’s busy being a mom. I speak of Nicole Scherzinger, of the Pussycat Dolls. Whatever happened to her releasing a solo album? There was the release of her hit single Baby Love followed by a couple of collaborations and then what? According to Wikipedia, her album titled “Her name is Nicole” has been pushed back several times and is still without a release date.

This just in: N*E*R*D will be releasing their third album, Seeing Sounds, on June 9th, 2008. The N*E*R*D trio consists of Pharell Williams, Chad Hugo and their longtime friend and creative wunderkind, Shae Haley. According to a recent press release, the album is a mash-up of booming hip-hop beats and rollercoastering rock riffs, rumbling crunk thythms and acintillating soul music. Their first album, titled In Search Of was imaginative and an exploration of identities while their second album, Fly Or Die was their search for the range of genres and sounds that have influenced the group. Seeing Sounds now grinds everything together.

“We don’t care about genres. Why would we? For us, it was just about being what we are. We aren’t limited by anything other than our imaginations and what we feel, so why would we make music packaged into a little box?” says Pharell of N*E*R*D’s third album, Seeing Sounds.

I subscribe to Nylon magazine and am just as thrilled every time a new issues arrives. Not only do I get my issue before it hits stands here in Sweden, it’s also ten times cheaper than buying it off the stand with the added costs for shipping and customs. The latest issue is fronted by Gossip Girls Leighton Meester and Blake Lively. It’s their first doube cover ever and as you can see on the picture I got the cover with Leighton Meester (I would have prefered Blake though… )

It’s their young Hollywood issue but instead of focusing on american up-and-comers they’ve broadened their spectrum this time and listen 31 of the hottest rising stars right now from LA to New York to London! You’ve gotta love ‘em!

Here’s a great example of how to wear your gladiator sandals this summer. The simplest outfit is the best. Pair them with a cute dress or on chillier days wear them with your jeans slightly rolled up. Another style tip is to go for colorful wayfers this year. This girl has got it all right.

My poor hair has seen brighter days. For some reason my ends have been horribly dry and split and it seem that no matter what products I use or tips I follow they just won’t go back to what they once were.

Enter ghd. I recently tested a conditioner and a thermal protector from ghd and can already confess that I am in love! After having tried several different conditioners and products to nourish my dry ends I was about to throw in the towel and admit defeat. After one cleanse with the conditioner followed by a blow dry using the thermal protector my hair felt soft, smooth and looked shiny like celebrity hair.
