I was going to go to the launch of “Sneakermania” at Stadium this morning but found myself stuck on the bus for a good forty-five minutes (!) because of the extreme amount of snow we have experienced today. The snow has literally been pouring down in bucketloads all night and day!
Needless to say, it was chaos and I never made it to the event where sports store Stadium announced that they will be increasing the amount of sneakers sold in their stores this spring! With a passion for cool sneakers and sports, Stadium will be selling 220 different styles for spring and summer. Brands include Adidas, Nike and Converse.
Inspired by the book “100 of ways to pimp your kicks!” by Ian Fieggen, Stadium are also offering tips and tricks on their website, stadium.se, on how to spice up your sneaks to make them look unique.
The press office were nice enough to have my kicks sent to me, check out my cute shoes from Adidas! They’re awesome for spring walks, although considering today’s weather… I’ll have to wait a while longer to do that.

PUB has undergone an impressive revamp and with the new look of the shopping center comes a new and exciting concept. The three floors dedicated to fashion and design are now focused mainly on Swedish and Scandinavian brands.
+46 have taken over the main part of the third floor and opened up their first +46 clothing shop filled with designer labels such as Wood Wood (Denmark), Ann-Sofie Back (Sweden), Carin Wester (Sweden), Camilla Norrback (Sweden) and Uniforms for the Dedicated (Sweden), among others.
Swedish design has become increasingly popular and sought after during the past decade and has acquired a reputation as creative, trendy and smart clothing with high quality.
During a press meeting this morning I was able to check out the new PUB and was excited to see so many great Scandinavian labels available, all in one place. I’m happy to see PUB is finally starting to focus their concept, it’s been quite unspecified up until now.
