… checked out Rodebjer Candy Store which wasn’t as aweome as I’d hoped. The prices were okay (between 180 SEK to 1 800 SEK about) but the clothes weren’t all that exciting. I saw a purse I liked but it felt way overpriced, needless to say I left empty handed. Following my visit to Rodebjer I went for a walk through town, peeked in some shops and then stopped by Chokladfabriken to buy a latte. On my way home I stopped by the craft store to pick up some stuff (I’m like a kid in a candystore at craft shops) and the afternoon has been spent feeding my creative vein working on a little project of mine.
What have you done today?

Big fashion don’t! Here’s the new number one on fashion’s “out”-list. Like, wow. There can’t be many things in way of fashion that are more unattractive than this. Just. Don’t. Do. It.

Just one last thing about the Vogue Paris November 2009 issue. Check out the cover, that alone is awesome! The buzz about this issue is insane. It’s all over the internet. The photo shoots, the makeup, the styling, the cover, the models! I can’t wait to see it in real life. I’m getting my hands on a copy as soon as it hits the shops! Love it!

The Pattinson Panty. I think it’s safe to say this whole Twilight business has gone too far. Crazy fans passing out, fine. But when you start making panties with Robert Pattinson (aka Edward Cullen) sewn into the lining, you’ve gotta be pretty messed up. Thankfully these panties are not being sold or mass produced (as of right now, that is). They were made as a gag by a reader of the blog Twitarded. Seriously, that’s some pretty nasty creative thinking right there.

Shut up! The November 2009 issue of Vogue Paris is bananas amazing! Just look at these outtakes from one of the photo shoots in the issue. Sick! Graffi-Couture is styled by Emmanuelle Alt, shot by photographer Mario Sorrenti and modelled by Raquel Zimmermann.

This weekend, I’ve got to check out the temporary shop Rodebjer has set up under the name Rodebjer Candy Store. Cute! I was just talking to a girl at work about it today and she said it was great. To be honest, Rodebjer clothing at chopped prices is enough to convince me to go!
The shop is located on Södermannagatan 21 in Stockholm and will be open the 23rd of October to the 29th November, at the following hours:
Monday – Friday 11:30 – 18:30
Saturday 12:00 – 17:00
Sunday 12:00 – 16:00

I hate days like today. When I have to pretend. I have to put that mask on. A smile and a happy face, pretend like everything is ok, that I’m ok. Inside I’m screaming, crying, kicking and fighting. Inside I just want to go away, far, far away where nobody can see me and nobody can talk to me. Somewhere I can just cry on my own and feel hidden away from people, hidden so that nobody sees me. Sees how horrible I look, how unperfect I am.
I hate days like today. I hate having to pretend. I have no energy to pretend. I hate having to choke back the tears and act like everything is just fine. I hate that my eyes water and my throat gets thick when I try to talk. I hate that people look at me and wonder. I hate having to think that they can see, every time they look at me for what feels like a little bit longer than normal. I wonder if they’ve noticed, like I notice, that my stomach is swollen, that I’m ugly. That my fingers are fat, that my face is chubby and I look like I’m going to burst. I feel panic and fear.
I just want to go away. Far, far away.

500 DAYS OF SUMMER. Might go see this movie this weekend. It looks cute and I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. Has anyone seen it yet?

DESERT BOOT 60TH CLARKS. To celebrate their 60th anniversary, Clarks Originals have created six unique new designs. Three of them are for women, and three of them are for men (although I think they could all be worn by either men or women!) They’re cool, fun and I could consider making a pair of them my winter shoes. Too bad they don’t ship to Sweden…
