I have so much to do this weekend. But first things first. I have to decide what I’m doing tonight! Drinks with a friend of mine are sort of/half on the agenda right now. It’s hanging in the air right now and depends on my friend. He’s sitting having dinner with another friend right now and is going to text when he’s done with that, but it might not be done until late this evening so it could be a yes or a no as far as having drinks this evening goes.
The second option is lighting candles, taking a long bath and reading a book. Does sound awefully tempting this chilly friday evening after a long day of work (and before a hectic weekend full of more work and play). Hmm… decisions, decisions…

Last night was fun! Sabina, Anna, Viktoria and I had a couple of drinks together and talked about boys, life and caught up on what’s happened since we last saw eachother this summer when we were surfing in Hossegor, France. In the middle of our conversation, our surfing instructor Jonathan walked into the club and joined us along with some of his surf friends, who were all really nice. The place got filled up pretty quickly and we stayed until a little after midnight before calling it a night.
I’m super jealous of Anna who’s going to Trinidad & Tobago over new years eve for vacation, shopping and surfing. Lucky!

Sorry I’ve been bad about updating lately, I’ve been really busy this week!
On Monday I had a meeting and then class in the evening, on Tuesday morning I had an early meeting and then ran some errands during the day. Yesterday evening I went out for drinks with a friend of mine which turned out to be an awesome evening, we had some drinks at Le Bar Rouge and then walked over to Scandic Malmen to have some more drinks! I got home at 3am after a fabulous evening!
Today I’ve been in town all day long, I met my brother who handed me my computer – it’s finally fixed! Then I spent the day having coffee and tea with my friend Chloé, we talked for four hours before I met up with my friend Robin to have more tea and chat. I got home at about 8pm and now I’m relaxing and enjoying having my computer again. I’m waiting for the documentary about Chanel to start on TV.
What have you been up to lately?

I like how that guy is dressed, work that hat man, work it!

Block party sponsored by Grolsch!
Party night! The Grolsch Block Party last night was fun. I met up with my sister and we went to Skånegatan where the action was. I’d recieved invites to three parties and so we decided to quickly stop by the Hernandéz Cornet exhibition before hitting up the People magazine and Nudie jeans party.
It was absolutely packed with people at the Nudie store, and everyone was pushing through to get the free beer. My sister and I had a nice time and once the beer was all done the crowd simmered down. Eventually we moved out of the joint, it was blazin’ hot in there, and walked down the street to see what else was going on. I did some people watching, there were so many interesting characters out. Didn’t get many pictures, will try to get better at that for next time.
What are you getting up to tonight?

It’s parties inside a party! This Friday (21st August) is the annual GROLSCH BLOCK PARTY! I’ve just recieved about four different invites to parties within the Grolsch block party. Normally the party is held on Götgatan in Stockholm but this year it’ll be on Skånegatan (and around that area).
I’ll probably go with my sister to some of the different parties on the block. It’s going to be awesome!
Are you going to the Grolsch block party?

BFFs – Bella and Tina

Pretty passion fruit drinks

White russians!
I had an amazing time last night! Bella and I opted out of going to the fashion party last night because we ended up having so much fun at the bar we went to first, so we stayed there all night!
One of the things I love about this bar/club is that there are always so many random people that come up to talk to you. During the night there were probably at least ten guys that came up to Bella and I to talk, and most of them talked about such random stuff, some of them even being rude and insulting us in their drunken state assuming it would get us on their good side. Right.
One guy definitely stood out though – he walks up to us on his way to leave the bar and says “I just wanted to tell you that you both look absolutely gorgeous tonight, I hope you have a wonderful evening. I just wanted to say that” and then he leaves. We both just stood there kind of stunned. He was the first guy to come up and compliment us without acting a drunken fool and without trying to then lean in on us and slur something incomprehendable into our ears.
We had a couple of drinks, did a lot of gossiping and laughing and just had a fabulous time. I got home around 2am and fell right into bed. I love my Bella girl!
I’ll post a photo of last night’s outfit in a bit.

Ulrika Sandström “POST PIRACY” S/S 2010. Tonight is another fashion show and party at Café Opera hosted by the designer Ulrika Sandström. Bella and I spontaneously decided to go and in conjunction with this also celebrate my birthday!
My birthday isn’t for another couple of weeks but my BFF won’t be here then (she studies abroad) so we’re celebrating a little earlier. We’re starting out at one of my favorite bars in town and then heading to the fashion party!
Who’s going?

Last night was fantastic! Most of all because my favorite girl in the world is finally home! I’m never as happy as I am when I party it up with my homegirl!
We met up and had a quick drink at Ljunggren before meeting the production team that were going to film us “going out to party”. It turned out to be such a blast! Bella and I kept cracking up! Afterwards we decided it was high time to celebrate our fame with a drink so we headed to Mosebacke where a friend of my brother’s happened to be working in the bar (yay cheap drinks). We sat and talked for a couple of hours and enjoyed the warm evening and beautiful view. Ah, I love Stockholm in the summertime!

Ready to do the night!

The stylist put my hair in this bun to make me look older. Haha! Bella and I laughed a lot about my “business look”.

A mojito-like drink at Mosebacke after filming!

This is me today, we finally had a little hint of sunshine today!
So my fabulous girl Bella is in town, she called me and announced this marvelous news this morning! She’s only here until tomorrow though, but stttiiillll y’all! I’m so happy because I haven’t seen here in what feels like an eternity and lemme tell you, an eternity is a very, very long time to be away from your best friend! We’re meeting this evening for coffee or maybe drinks or maybe a crazy night of partying… anything could happen when you spice the night up with a little bit of Tina and Bella.
