I just made Swedish bullar (cinnamon/cardamon buns) or “Kardemummaknyten” as this particular type is called. They’re for my mom’s co-worker who asked me to bake for her when I was at the hospital volunteer-baking yesterday. She said she never has time to bake so she was wondering if she could pay me to bake for her. Said and done!
I’ve never baked bullar before in my life, so I’m pretty happy with the way they turned out! I hope they taste good too! Would you shop at my bakery?
